Join us for the Annual SWCD meeting on March 12th, 2025, to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the Steuben County SWCD!  Doors open at 5:45 p.m. The Annual Meeting is being held at Pleasant Township Trustee Office at 2510 N 200 W, Angola, IN 46703. The alternative date in case of inclement weather is March 19th.  

• Enjoy a free taco bar dinner catered by Sutton’s Deli at 6:00 p.m.

• Keynote speaker Dr. Erik Anderson, PE, M. ASCE, Principal Engineer from INTERA will discuss the Results from the City of Angola Water Availability Study at 6:30 p.m.

• Annual meeting to follow.

The evening will include a brief report of 2024 Steuben County SWCD activities and the election of Board Supervisors. For Steuben County, Brad Hamlin will be running unopposed; however, nominations will be accepted from the floor on March 12th.

*To hold the position of elected supervisor an individual (1) must be an occupier of a tract of land located within the district; (2) must maintain the individual’s permanent residence within the district; and (3) must be qualified by training & experience to perform duties as required by Indiana Code.
